Partners and Facilities

Sounding City Summer School is offered in collaboration between a broad aray of local partners, and utilising facilities, workshops, equipment and knowledge across the city.

Sound Art Lab is the main course host with classrooms, work space, sound studios, workshops, etc., and contributes with technical and practical support, as well as artist talks. 

Sound Hub Denmark, the neighbouring sound tech innovation, business and entreprenuership hub, offers workshops/maker space, test facilities and specialists' sparring on projects

The City of Struer is co-organising the summer school, posing the challenges and cases and hosting the traditional welcome lunch in the city hall, as well as the final reception in a public space in the city centre.

Struer Museum and SOKU (National Centre for Sonic Cultural Heritage)

The Silicon Valley of Sound - Uddannelsesinitiativet i Struer is responsible for administration and coordination in Struer.
